Opening your heart has become somewhat of a cliché and we often hear you “just have to open your heart!”  Sounds wonderful and right but it’s so vague, unknown and vulnerable!  Awakening and opening the heart is a healing journey that involves dissolving and transmuting old protective energies we put in place to protect us, shield us and ward off offensive energy that once threatened us.  Our most powerful, and often most protected energy is our HEART!  Once transmuted and healed, the old patterns that blocked us from our true divine nature are open to evolve, grow and attain states of joy, peace, love and abundance!  Sound is THE magical ingredient of healing! Join us for a magical evening of compassionate meditation, sound and healing!

Scott McRae, intuitive channel and energy medicine guide, will set the space and lead us into a powerful meditation of intention to open the channels of a most powerful evening of love, change and growth.

• Bring a journal and pen to write about your healing!
• Wear comfortable clothes
• Bring a water bottle – filtered water is available at the studio
• We’ll have yoga mats and props and bring anything else you find comforting for your body
• Please refrain from oils, perfumes or scented lotions
